I’m basing my experience based on dealing with their property manager, Vince. It was challenging to schedule a date for him to assess the damage from the recent Ice Storm. We are very happy with the quality of the work that was completed at our home this winter. We had a bedroom renovation that involved removing the stucco off the walls and making them smooth and paintable. (Yup previous owners added stucco to the walls) We had new doors, casing and baseboard installed as well as painting services. The crew was extremely professional and personable from start to finish. After a nasty pipe leak in our basement Gregg was the first on seen within the hour. Short there After Ben & Brad showed up to start the renovation. With coordination of Jason setting up time schedules, Ben & Brad went at it ! I can't believe how fast this project was done. Quality workmanship of Brad is astounding!! We recently found an old water leak in the storage room of our lower level. Belfor responded promptly to assess the damage and needed repairs to the affected walls.
