Great experience from EVERYONE at this company. The people quoting, the crew and office are all conscientious, professional and polite. For instance, the guys doing cement work were very careful carrying cement batches inside the house, cleaning and checking on cement levels for any changes. Really appreciate it NOTE: another review mentioned Belfor not showing up and poor communication. Belfor did cancel once due to an emergency from another customer and our communication was great. This past spring our assisted living facility experienced a fire that displaced all 36 residents. Fortunately, no one was injured and we are so grateful for that and for the Belfor team. They arrived just a few hours after the fire and began working immediately and haven’t stopped since. We were able to return our residents to a beautifully updated building quickly, thanks to Belfor’s hard work and dedication. Special thanks to Dan, Tim, and Ross!

This is one of the shadiest and dishonest companies I’ve ever dealt with. As a disabled veteran with a brain injury, these people mismanaged the rebuilding of my house after it burned up in a housefire in April 2001. Apparently there was more than 15 project managers on my house usually there’s only one. The reason? They would always quit. And they told me the reasons was because whoever controls that office has the most chaotic and crappy workplace atmosphere. We had a terrible experience with Belfor. The contractor that came to “fix” our bathroom and kitchen after a water leak made a mess of our home. Our project manager did not do his job what so ever and made it seem like the mistakes done by the contractor were our fault. He would never take any of the responsibility for any of the problems that occurred. Make sure if you go with them that you also ask for an itemized copy of your invoice. They tried to over charge us by almost $3000 for a ton of work that was never completed.... read more

Belfor, specifically Brendan, has picked up where another company left myself and my HOA in disarray. Brendan has been incredibly responsive and assembled the A team to include a licensed architect and additional licensed contractors to make repairs to my building and condo. Communication has been clear and concise every step of the way!
