Poor communication and minimal effort to fix their own mistakes in timely manner. Obviously cater to businesses over residential jobs, leading to delays of months and months for homeowners. Usually no onsite supervision, and frequently do not do things right the first time. Expect to do your own Quality Control and spend enormous time hounding them to follow through on their commitments. The restoration was terrible TIMING. It took 3 1/2 months to put cabinets DOORS together and simple white painting. The work took DAYS just TO PUT hinges on the cabinet. Feel like they took advantage of the situation because we were so nice. We overheard the manager and the worker in our home get into an argument over the phone 📱 so we knew somewhere there was tension and slacking with the workers. Our opinion they all need to come together and work better as a team.
