I have been dealing with Belfor on an insurance claim for quite sometime now. I had a leak in my kitchen and staff from Belfor has been onsite for all stages of the project. This has been a challenging process but I do want to highlight a Belfor staff who have provided very good service. Belfor Property Restorations was amazing to deal with. Our house was damaged significantly by hurricane Fiona and unfortunately our insurance company did not have a large customer base on the East Coast, so we were left on our own to find our own contractors. We called around to everyone we could find on Google. Every one was booked solid, even Belfor, but they heard our desperation and took us on as clients. This is our insurance company’s preferred vendor and so as a larger company we assumed they would operate to a higher standard. Unfortunately, the work they completed on our relatively minor basement reno after a small flood was rushed and sloppy. We had just refinished the basement prior to the flooding incident, so their poorly completed drywall and trim work are blatantly obvious. Happy to recommend BELFOR Property Restoration after they replaced my roof following storm damage. Was a slow start (which seems to be the norm these days) but I was very pleasantly surprised by Belfor's management team who were quick to address any concerns or issues I had. I was left feeling that customer satisfaction is definitely their first priority. Thank you once again to Darren and his team.

Darren and the team at Belfor were so wonderful to work with! Our front door desperately needed TLC after the storm door broke off and damaged the frame. And the team at Belfor completely replaced the door, frame, and storm door. It's absolutely GORGEOUS, we couldn't be happier! We also had some damage to our roof and the weather vent blew off, which they installed and replaced our gutter system as well. So appreciative of all the hard work, and communication! Thank you again Darren and team!!
