I wish I could give 5x more stars! We choose to use Belfor, against our Insurance companies instruction (because the insurance company has their own approved contractor that under prices the job). You get what you pay for. We had to make some compromises on material to make it work, our compromises worked out to be better than what we expected! I am completely pleased with my restoration after my flood insurance claim. Immediate response to the water with top notch equipment. Weekend follow up. The area is now perfect. Russell was so professional, respectful and efficient! The work was done in record time perfectly. He listened to everything I said and didn't miss a thing! Melissa, Kaitlyn, Duke and Russell were amazing in helping us restore our bathroom after a water seepage incident. The whole team was on top of timelines, materials and answered all our questions immediately. Duke and Russell finished all tasks on time and left our home always tidy after finishing their job.
