Had some water damage from last week’s storm and our insurance company had Belfor attend. Two guys(Matt and Shane) just left and we are very impressed and happy with their professional and care to detail. They were exceptionally courteous and took the time to answer all my questions and concerns. Ahmed who is our contact person has also been exceptional. It's been a week since I posted the review below and NO ONE has contacted me yet. My basement flooded in July (over 10 weeks ago), along with hundreds of other homes in the city. However, I have been the very last on this company's list for any service, potentially because I am a single woman that companies love taking advantage of. I can't think of any other reason why. Kaan and Shane were so professional and pleasant. They arrived to help with the clean up of water damage on 2 levels of our home from a burst pipe. They stayed until 9:30 that first day. They worked efficiently and carefully not to damage any belongings. Explaining the process along the way. I’d highly recommend Belfor.
