I really wanted to Congratulate Cheryl Stern who did an excellent good work managing all the restoration process, dealing with contractors and answering to all my questions on time and solving all my questions and complains in a very timely manner. We had a flooding in our basement. Belfor replaced the laminent for us. Everything was taken care off, including moving our heavy furniture. It took about 5 days. Jose and Juan came in today to put the furniture back and clean up. It looked fantastic when all was said and done. They even offered to mop upstairs where they walked in and out. Thank you Belfor for the awesome customer service.
Clean up from the flood of 2024. Team was awesome. Cleaned and prepped for restoration work. Were quick and very nice. Happy to have them back anytime. Cheers to Mike & Norman
