Belfor couldn’t be a worse group of individuals to work with. Every step of the way they tried to screw me over and ultimately charged me tens of thousands of dollars more than what we actually agreed to. I had to put so much of my own time into advocating for myself during the 1.5 years it took them to “finish” a restoration project, I basically should’ve been paid by them to do their administrative and project management work. Belfor Restoration, a true lifesaver during a challenging week. Referred by my insurance company, they surpassed expectations. Rowell, Kamron, and Benjamin delivered superb service, uncovering a scam by a previous restoration company. Rowell's precise inspection saved me from unnecessary repairs, and their guidance extended beyond restoration, providing valuable insights into plumbing repairs. Josephat was phenomenal at taking care of remodel. Professional and courteous, as was his crew, never missed a day or left early. Josephat took great care in making sure I was presented with as many aesthetic options as possible. I felt safe with him and his crew in my home, always arrived on time.
