I had a leak in my upstairs bathroom that caused damage to the bathroom and downstairs ceiling. The ceiling needed to be repaired, shower torn out along with the flooring and wallpaper. Belfor hired for restoration in April 2024.. May - July 2024 it took paint contractors to remove wallpaper, repair the drywall and paint. 1 of the 2 contractors likely doing drugs in my bathroom based on length of time in bathroom. Construction portion of service was good. Billing and office horrible. Went in person to pay deductible but was told only one person could process credit cards and they were not available. Was told to return to the office at a later date to attempt to pay. A ridiculous notion negating the value of my time. I countered and told them to contact me. No verbal or written communication was attempted by Belfor and they subsequently just turned it over to a collection agency. I was able to settle the account with the collection age... read more

Rowan was the project manager on this job, and he was amazing! He was extremely responsive and constantly checking up on the crew to make sure everything was going well. He finished replacing a section of drywall, painting our ceiling, tearing out two layers of flooring and baseboards, installing new floors and baseboards, painting the ceiling, and painting all of the baseboards within two weeks. Very impressed with Belfor as a whol and Rowan‘s work ethic.
