Extremely slow, nothing is getting done. Tree fell on my house in December. Insurance has been good about reimbursing me after getting my own contractors to do some of the work that needed to be done (fence replacement, stump removal, tree removal). They hired Belfor to do the roof repair work. It's not even a huge job they just have to replace the fascia board and fix a couple roof tiles. No one is coming to do the work. Absolutely ridiculous! I had a flood in my basement, belfor showed up and dropped off some heavy duty fans, then never returned. I waited weeks and nothing. So I was forced to move forward with another restoration company because I couldn’t stand the heat and mould smell any longer. If I could rate less than one star, I would.
Five stars to me means greatly exceeding expectations. In my opinion, Belfor did just that. After experiencing a flood in our basement due to a back up in our stormwater system, our insurance company contacted Belfor for emergency services. They quickly packed up our belongings and filled three pods that were placed on our driveway. Unfortunately, our flooring consisted of asbestos tiling so we needed hazardous abatement work done. I thought this company would be promising considering the good reviews. My insurance chose this company to handle content removal, baseboard installation, and content return after my condo had water damage. Initially the content removal and baseboard installation was really good, however, when it came to putting the contents back in they had a really hard time scheduling. They made a schedule to return my contents on specific dates but when I went to the place nothing was done. They did this a total of 3 times. The project... read more
Don't know much about the business but I can sure say that you're driving skills on the road are horrific cutting off everybody **UPDATE** spoke to the boss Trevor he's a wonderful man he apologized for the action of his worker and said that he would get to the bottom of it I now change my one star review to a five that is customer service at its finest thank you again Trevor hope you have a wonderful day
