Due to a flood last year, our landlord's insurance company hired Belfor to restore our basement, but the experience has been extremely frustrating. For months, there was little to no communication—we had to repeatedly call just to get updates. The project manager only stopped by a few times, and we were never informed when the crew would show up or what time they’d be working. Justin: from day one Justin was extremely professional. He was mindful to our feelings and very respectful of our possessions. Thus far he is responsive and makes himself available when needed. The workers he supervised were very quick and clean. Each day the demo crew left a clean worksite.
