BELFOR did an exceptional job restoring my Guest room and Garage, which resulted from a broken water line in the Guest room flooding the whole top floor and garage below. There was a lot of restoration required... replacing the flooring, replacing wall insulation, painting walls, restoring bathroom cabinetry.
