Our first insurance claim due to a kitchen fire. Happened 1st week December 2024 and up until first of February, no repairs were done. Poor communication by our project manager. At first, during the emergency phase, it was okay but as the rebuild phase came near, no updates were being sent to us. Had to find another contractor due to their delays in estimates -. Belfor was hired by my insurance company when my basement flooded. They had an enormous task as the entire basement was packed with contents from 2 different family homes. The team was pleasant hardworking and extremely respectful towards all my property. When bringing back the contents the weather was in a deep Freeze. The team was still all smiles as they unloaded for hours in -40 weather. I would highly recommend belfor Thank you for a great job.
Good communication. All of the team were friendly & courteous. Worked around my schedule for completion of the repairs. Hopefully won't have an issue again, however would recommend Belfor Restoration to friends
Very quick to respond to insurance claim. Easy to work with and project manager was accessible.
These people will lie to their teeth. Lyle and Samantha are the worst project managers. They never reply to my calls. They have lied about waiting for approval from the insurance when everything is approved by the insurance. I've been waiting for months to get things done in my house. They keep lying to me about approval when everything is approved. This has been the worst service by far. I can't believe they still have a rating of 3 on Google. It should be 0.
